Great News for the start of AEP!
Anthem broker incentive for completing the Health Risk Assessment (HRA) for NEW D-SNP plans is increasing from $50 to $100!*
In addition to the incentive increase, the HRA form was shortened, so it takes even less time to complete, AND the time allowed to submit the HRA has been extended to seven calendar days from the point of sale.
IMPORTANT
*These changes begin with NEW D-SNP plans effective November 1, 2021.
Each HRA must be completed and electronically submitted at the point of sale using Anthem’s mProducer. (Note: You may also submit using GarityAdvantage Agencies’ Medicare Select-a-Plan.)
If you are not submitting via mProducer, download the HRA fillable PDF form and submit it to the email address below within 7 calendar days from point of sale in order to qualify for payment: EMOsalesinitiatedhra@anthem.com
Reimbursement payments of $100 per HRA will be processed once the new D-SNP application is approved and the new member is active and will be paid within 60 days of the policy’s effective date.
HRA completions for current members moving to or switching between D-SNP plans are not eligible for payment.
Reimbursement payments will be included in commission statements.
