Q3 is your opportunity to max out every appointment—and every commission stream. Whether you’re focused on Medicare Supplement or Medicare Advantage (MAPD), the key to maximizing income this quarter is simple: layer in the right ancillary products and take advantage of strong bonus programs.
Here’s how to start Q3 maxing:
✅ Stack Your Sales (the Right Way)
Pair Medicare Supplement with dental, vision, hearing, or hospital indemnity
for higher per-client revenue. When working with MAPD clients, many ancillary products can still be offered—just ensure they complement your client’s coverage needs.
✅ Stay CMS Compliant While You Max
Maxing your earnings only works if you stay compliant:
Always follow Scope of Appointment (SOA) rules when discussing Medicare Advantage or Part D plans. Only discuss products that were agreed to in
advance—or obtain a new SOA if needed. If introducing ancillary options, ensure the conversation aligns with CMS guidelines and is clearly separated if required.
✅ Tap Into Q3 Bonus Opportunities
Carriers are offering Q3 incentives for both Med Supp and ancillary production.
By bundling solutions, you can:
Hit production tiers faster
Unlock additional bonus payouts
Increase overall compensation per client
✅ Maximize Every Appointment
Each client conversation is a chance to:
Fill gaps in coverage Provide more complete protection Turn a single enrollment into multiple revenue opportunities
The takeaway: Q3 maxing isn’t about working more—it’s about making every sale work harder for you while staying fully compliant.
If you want help identifying the best bonus programs or product pairings for your market, we’re here as a resource. Let’s make this your highest-earning quarter yet.
