First, you’ll complete a short series of PlanEnroll trainings by going to Trainings.PlanEnroll.com. Then, you’ll:
Log in to MedicareCENTER or LifeCENTER to activate your Personal Agent Website
Log in to LeadCENTER and create a PlanEnroll Lead Campaign
Finally, click the “I’m Available” button to receive real-time calls or data leads

ENROLLMENT DEADLINES
Per CMS, as an agent, you must receive and sign the consumer’s AEP enrollment application No Later than Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2022 to fulfill AEP election.
All Enrollments MUST BE *Received at GarityAdvantage or directly to the carriers NO LATER THAN the guidelines below.
In observance of Thanksgiving, GarityAdvantage Agencies will be closed on Thursday, November 24th and Friday, November 25th. Additionally, our office will close at 1pm on Wednesday, November 23rd with the exception of our enrollment processing team who will retain their 9am-5pm hours.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Medicare enrollments dated before Thursday, November 24th MUST be sent to us no later than Wednesday, November 23rd during business hours (9AM-5PM). All enrollments taken/submitted on Thursday, November 24th will be processed on Friday, November 25th.
Tuesday enrollments sent after hours on
Wednesday risk being LATE to the carrier.
We will be providing limited staff to process your enrollments on Friday afternoon, November 25th, and Saturday morning, November 26th.
