ENROLLMENT DEADLINES
Per CMS, as an agent, you must receive and sign the consumer’s AEP enrollment application No Later than Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2021 to fulfill AEP election.
All Enrollments MUST BE *Received at GarityAdvantage or directly to the carriers NO LATER THAN the guidelines below.Â
In observance of Thanksgiving, GarityAdvantage Agencies will be closed on Thursday, November 25th and Friday, November 26th. Additionally, our office will close at 3pm on Wednesday, November 24th with the exception of our enrollment processing team who will retain their 9am-5pm hours.

Medicare enrollments dated on or before Tuesday, November 23rd MUST be sent to us no later than Wednesday, November 24th during business hours (9AM-5PM).Â
