July 9, 2019 – National Marketing Organization GarityAdvantage Agencies welcomes Victoria Bailey as the National Director of Training and Sales in charge of expanding Garity’s unique hands-on agent service model, as well as creating and implementing enhanced training for agents nationwide.
Victoria brings over 10 years of Senior Market experience to the role, including positions with two of the top Medicare carriers in the market, as both a Sales Manager and Trainer. She also brings extensive field experience to the job, having been a top producer with several senior sales organizations.
Bailey is uniquely qualilfied for providing independent insurance agents in the region with the product insight, sales processes and market knowledge they will need to be successful in the senior marketplace.
