To ensure compliance with CMS enrollment time-frames, you should always submit your enrollments the day they are received. This is especially important now because CMS requirements do not allow additional days for weekends and holidays.
For enrollments that are NOT time-sensitive, our Agent Dashboard and Enrollment Fax lines are open 24 hours to accept your enrollments. We will resume processing again on Tuesday, May 28th.
