UnitedHealthcare — June 8 (now open)
Aetna — June 23
Devoted — June 23
Anthem/WellPoint (Elevance) — June 30
Humana — July 8

AHIP certification opens June 22. Be sure to use the Garity AHIP link to receive your $50 discount.

Visit the Contract List page on our website (login required)
Enter your NPN
Click Submit

Note: Contracting and certification statuses may be delayed up to one week based on data received from carriers. If you completed certifications within the past week, please check back in a few days.

If your information still appears incorrect after that timeframe, please contact our Contracting Department.
