Please plan accordingly as any enrollments sent to the enrollment department after 5:00 PM (EDT) Thursday, March 28th, will not be processed until Monday, April 1st.
To ensure compliance with CMS enrollment time-frames, you should always submit your enrollments the day they are received. This requirement becomes especially important now because CMS requirements Do Not allow additional days for weekends and holidays.
Please use the links below for directions on how to submit your applications to the carriers directly after 5:00 PM EDT Thursday, March 28th.
For enrollments that are NOT time-sensitive,our Agent Dashboard and Enrollment Fax lines are open 24 hours to accept your enrollments. We will resume processing again on Monday, April 1st.
