By now, we all understand the importance of HRAs. HRAs help the member, the agent, and Elevance Health. Everyone benefits from HRA submissions.
But did you know that HRA submissions can also apply to existing members?
If your current member doesn’t have an HRA on file OR their HRA is over 12 months old, now you can Submit or Update an HRA and earn Extra!
D-SNP Plans – Earn $125 for each HRA submitted
Non-SNP Plans – Earn $50 for each HRA submitted
Elevance Health invites your agents to verify that there is a current (within the last twelve months) HRA on each client. If your agent has a client with an outdated HRA, or no HRA at all, a new HRA can be submitted, and the reimbursement will be paid to your agent just like it is with a new enrollment. Please forward the process to your agents so they can check on their clients as soon as possible.
If you sell D-SNP plans, you are eligible for an additional $125 for every NEW D-SNP plan.
Great News for the start of AEP!
Anthem broker incentive for completing the Health Risk Assessment (HRA) for NEW D-SNP plans is increasing from $100 to $125!*
IMPORTANT
*These changes begin with NEW D-SNP plans effective December 1st, 2022 and apply to all AEP DSNP HRA’s that have already been submitted for 1/1/2023 effective dates.
Each HRA must be completed and electronically submitted at the point of sale using Anthem’s mProducer.
If you are not submitting via mProducer, download the DSNP HRA fillable PDF form and submit it to the email address below within 7 calendar days from point of sale in order to qualify for payment: EMOsalesinitiatedhra@anthem.com
Reimbursement payments of $125 per HRA will be processed once the new D-SNP application is approved and the new member is active and will be paid within 60 days of the policy’s effective date.
HRA completions for current members moving to or switching between D-SNP plans are not eligible for payment.
Reimbursement payments will be included in commission statements.
