  1. A recorded message: We can help with scripting and instructions on how to record.
  2. Calling List: Your client list in an Excel spreadsheet that simply includes columns for Last Name and Phone Number
  3. Contact number and hours of availability: Past agents have experienced immediate return calls from this initiative so we typically spread your calling campaign over a number of hours/days to ensure you are available to take these valuable inbound calls.
