Course Description
The class will provide participants with the information they need to assist beneficiaries in identifying programs and services available from federal, state, and private programs. Attendees will become knowledgeable on how to access the online screening, be able to understand the process required to complete a screening, understand the different screening options, identify the information needed for the screening, and learn how to get the message out to their clients.
One credit hour will apply for this course as it is 60 minutes in length.
