Maintain Your Members

You worked hard all AEP to enroll your clients. Make sure you keep them! Track your book of business on the carrier portals and check in with your members before AEP ends. Are they all set and happy with the plan they chose with you?

Check Your Supplies

Don’t wait until you have run out of supplies to order more. You can order supplies through most carrier portals. Contact your Sales Support Specialist at GarityAdvantage if you need ordering assistance.

Stay on Top of Your Enrollments

Keep an eye out for emails from the carriers and/or GarityAdvantage regarding any possible issues/missing information on an application. Timing is everything in Medicare – especially this last week.
