Enrollment Processing Over New Year’s

NOTE: Carrier deadlines for enrollments still apply.

Please plan accordingly as any enrollments sent to the enrollment department after 5:00 PM Monday, December 30th, will not be processed until Thursday, January 2nd.

To ensure compliance with CMS enrollment time-frames, you should always submit your enrollments the day they are received. This requirement becomes especially important now because CMS requirements Do Not allow additional days for weekends and holidays.

For enrollments that are NOT time-sensitive, our Agent Dashboard and Enrollment Fax lines are open 24 hours to accept your enrollments. We will resume processing again on Thursday, January 2nd.
