Enrollments sent to GarityAdvantage prior to 3pm on Thursday Dec. 19th will be processed that same day.
Enrollments sent to GarityAdvantage AFTER 3pm on Thursday, Dec 19th will be processed on Friday, Dec. 20th.
If your enrollment requires same day processing after 3pm on Thursday, Dec. 19th, please submit directly to the carrier.

It’s simple to become a PlanEnroll Network Agent!
First, you’ll complete a short series of PlanEnroll trainings by going to Trainings.PlanEnroll.com. Then, you’ll:
Log in to MedicareCENTER or LifeCENTER to activate your Personal Agent Website
Log in to LeadCENTER and create a PlanEnroll Lead Campaign
Finally, click the “I’m Available” button to receive real-time calls or data leads

Please plan accordingly as any enrollments sent to the enrollment department after 5:00 PM Thursday, December 28th, will not be processed until Tuesday, January 2nd.
To ensure compliance with CMS enrollment time-frames, you should always submit your enrollments the day they are received. This requirement becomes especially important now because CMS requirements Do Not allow additional days for weekends and holidays.

For enrollments that are NOT time-sensitive, our Agent Dashboard and Enrollment Fax lines are open 24 hours to accept your enrollments. We will resume processing again on Tuesday, January 2nd.
