Important Submission Details

Wednesday, May 21st – CLOSED

Thursday, May 22nd – CLOSED

Business hours at GarityAdvantage will be adjusted due to an internal staff event.

NOTE: Carrier deadlines for enrollments still apply.

Please plan accordingly as any enrollments sent to the enrollment department after 5:00 PM (EDT) Tuesday, May 20th, will not be processed until Friday, May 23rd.

To ensure compliance with CMS enrollment time-frames, you should always submit your enrollments the day they are received. This requirement becomes especially important now because CMS requirements Do Not allow additional days for weekends and holidays.

Please use the links below for directions on how to submit your applications to the carriers directly after 5:00 PM EDT Tuesday, May 20th.

Please note that ALL staff will be out of the office on Wednesday, May 21st, and Thursday, May 22nd. Any messages received will be addressed on Friday, May 23rd.
