Payment towards Walmart booth fees for participating in the 2022 AEP Walmart Program with Direct Health and GarityAdvantage.
To ensure full payment is made, please add the correct quantity into the QTY field:
- Type ‘6’ for Single Agent
- Type ‘3’ for Two Agents sharing the location
- Type ‘2’ for Three Agents sharing the location
