2019 Certification

Fallon Senior Plan 2019 Certification is now live.
Agents are sent an email directly from Fallon on how to access the Fallon Learning Management System (LMS) to complete the Fallon Senior Plan certification for 2019. The email contains your login name and temporary password. If you have not received this email, please contact Broker Support.

Once you receive the email, please follow these instructions:

Login to the Learning Management System (LMS) via this link: http://contractors.fallonhealth.org

You will be prompted to reset your password. your new password must be at least 8 characters long with 1 capital letter, 1 number, and 1 special character (!, @, #, etc.).

If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen. For additional assistance please contact us at MedicareSalesBrokers@fallonhealth.org or 1-844-848-4931.

Instructions to Access Required Learning

1. After logging in, click “Learning and Metrics” from the menu.
2. Click on your required learning “2019 Medicare Fallon Senior Plan Annual Training” to access the course.

Please remember that you cannot sell Fallon Senior Plan for 2019 until you have met all requirements and receive confirmation that you are “Ready-to-Sell”.
