Brokers must sell 10 Online Applications for CarePartners of Connecticut
, using either the Broker Portal or Customized URL functionality.
Contest measurement period is the start of AEP to November 15th. Anything submitted by the close of business on the 15th counts toward the production total.
Sales contest is measured based on individual Broker production*, not agency/downline.
Brokers will receive 10 Exclusive Leads from CarePartners of Connecticut. High quality, qualified leads.
