*Eligibility Requirements for Incentives: To qualify for the incentive program, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be a new-to-Medicare agent, have sold fewer than 25 Medicare cases, be actively contracted through GarityAdvantage with at least 3 of these national MAPD carriers: Aetna, Anthem, Cigna HealthSpring, Devoted, Humana, WellCare, UnitedHealthcare (UHC)
- Once you complete MSU and participate in your Action Plan Call with your upline and/or a Garity Field Sales Manager or Account Director, you’ll be eligible for:
