2022 Certifications

The Clear Spring Health onboarding, contracting and certification process has been updated to be more user friendly. Additionally, all communications associated with these functions will come from CSH Certification (certification@clearspringhealthcare.com) making it easier to find the information you need.
With this release, Clear Spring Health is pleased to offer the PY 2022 certification for agencies and agents. To complete this certification, please follow the steps below.

Click here to complete PY 2022 AHIP training.

Access the Clear Spring Health PY 2022 Product Training and Certification by using the link in the CSH Certification email sent to the agency/agent email address on file with Clear Spring Health.

The user name and password will be included in the email.

Agency principals will need to complete the training and certification before the agents can begin.

Review contact information carefully and update accordingly.

Enter banking information to ensure commissions are paid accurately.
Contact certification@clearspringhealthcare.com or call 1-888-296-2506 with questions or to request the PY 2022 Training & Certification email be resent.
