  • I agree to update all Leads with the appropriate Disposition and Feedback Notes after each call is made

  • I understand that Leads are NOT to be called once the Call Blitz session has ended as these Leads will be turned in and reshuffled for weeks to come

  • I understand that Leads are NOT to be printed, and must be updated in the formatting provided

  • I agree to update Desiree of any Call Back’s I may receive in the days following the event
