Kaiser Permanente 2025 Certification Instructions

Below you will find instructions to access and complete Kaiser Permanente’s 2025 Medicare Certifications. Follow the steps carefully and reach out if you have any issues.

Log in to Miramar: Agent to get started!
If you do not have a log in, click on “Register as an Agent”
|
Before beginning the program, agents should enable pop-ups.
How to enable pop-ups

Once you are logged in, click on the “Register New” button as shown below to register for the Kaiser Permanente program.

You will see a box appear where you can then input the Garity agent code*: KPExtInd3149, then click submit.
Reminder, this code is unique to our agency, so please do not pass it on. |
A box will pop up confirming your addition to the program.

Click on OK and then START to begin your certifications.
|
Once enrolled in the program, agents should complete all requirements and will receive a “Ready To Sell (RTS)” notification once all requirements have been met.
A few reminders:
- Do not to share PIN Codes to access the training. If you enroll in the wrong training course, you will be required to take the correct training.
- You will have three (3) attempts to pass the training modules. If a 4th and 5th attempt is requested, it will be research before approved. If 5th attempt failed, you will have exhausted all attempt requests. 4th and 5th attempts must be requested through the point of contact, agents who directly contact Kaiser Permanente for additional attempts will be referred to their agency point of contact.
- You must input your NPN into Miramar for your completed training to reflect on the RTS Reports.
- Be aware that you will need to upload your 2025 CMS Compliance training certificate (AHIP or Core equivalent).

- Compatibility for Miramar:Agent is tested with the following browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Internet Explorer 11
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Miramar:Agent is NOT compatible on tablets or phone.
- It is recommended to sign off any VPN prior to starting certification.
