CEO of GarityAdvantage Brian Garity grew up in the insurance business, working for his father while studying economics and history at the University of Massachusetts. After expanding the family agency into health insurance and becoming president in the mid-90s, he purchased the company in 2000. In 2015, Brian shifted focus to the senior market, turning GarityAdvantage into a leading Medicare distributor. With the support of his wife Rachel, brother Mike, and business partner Tony Vegnani, the company has grown from a regional firm to a national presence.
