CEO & Founder of Gruening Health & Wealth Chase Gruening is the founder of Gruening Health and Wealth (GHW), where his passion for leadership and service fuels a mission to educate Americans on Medicare and retirement planning. With a background in fitness and sports from Millikin University—and early experience coaching college football—he transitioned into the insurance industry in 2016, driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact. Chase is committed to personal growth, team development, and helping others succeed. He lives near Nashville with his wife Emily, their daughters Remi and Hunter, and their dog Rip.

CEO of GarityAdvantage Brian Garity grew up in the insurance business, working for his father while studying economics and history at the University of Massachusetts. After expanding the family agency into health insurance and becoming president in the mid-90s, he purchased the company in 2000. In 2015, Brian shifted focus to the senior market, turning GarityAdvantage into a leading Medicare distributor. With the support of his wife Rachel, brother Mike, and business partner Tony Vegnani, the company has grown from a regional firm to a national presence. Brian splits his time between Boston and Cape Cod, enjoying skiing, beach days, and walks around the city with his family.

Senior VP of Growth at GarityAdvantage Victoria is a market leader with over 15 years of experience in the senior insurance industry. She's a powerhouse, having held senior sales management roles at two of the top Medicare carriers in the nation. She currently serves as the National VP of Sales for GarityAdvantage, a National NMO. But her expertise goes beyond leadership. As a former top producer herself, she truly understands the challenges and rewards that brokers and growing agencies face every day. Her ability to translate market knowledge and sales processes into actionable strategies positions her and the team at Garity perfectly to equip independent insurance agents and agencies with the tools they need to thrive in the senior market.

National Training Manager at GarityAdvantage Christina Comerford is the National Training Manager at GarityAdvantage Agencies, where she leads dynamic virtual and in-person training focused on MedicareCENTER and Integrity marketing technologies. With a strong background in broker support and development, Christina built the newly enhanced Medicare Selling University (MSU) program to guide and educate new agents entering the Medicare space. Her long-standing relationships with brokers and deep experience at GarityAdvantage have made her a trusted resource and educator in the industry.

Chief Revenue Officer at GarityAdvantage Mike Garity is the Chief Revenue Officer at GarityAdvantage Insurance Marketing Agencies, a leading national distributor in the senior market. He brings deep industry insight from a family-rooted agency that pivoted into Medicare and Senior products in the early 2000's. Mike leverages decades of experience in sales, marketing, and agent leadership. As CRO, he oversees revenue growth strategies, agent training programs, and innovative marketing tools—all to empower independent brokers.

Sales Director - Medicare Supplement at Humana Valentina Cervantes has more than 10 years of experience in the Medicare market. Her expertise lies in recruiting, training, developing and motivating agents to expand their Medicare business. She has been part of the Humana team for over 3 years, currently as a National Sale Director for the Medicare Supplement team. Originally from Italy, Valentina currently resides in Wisconsin with her two teenagers, in her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and outdoor activities.

National Sales Director for Elevance Health Tim Glover is National Broker Sales Director at Elevance Health. In his role, Tim created some of the first D-SNP training material Elevance Health developed a decade ago, and has worked with GarityAdvantage agents over the last several years to maximize growth and retention in the Medicare Advantage space. Tim resides in Roanoke, VA and when not working, enjoys golf, travel and reading.

Director of Marketing at GarityAdvantage Amy Donahue is an experienced marketing leader with over a decade of success at GarityAdvantage, where she oversees brand strategy, agent communications, and multi-channel campaign execution. Known for her collaborative approach and creative problem-solving, Amy drives high-impact marketing initiatives that support agent growth and engagement across the Medicare insurance space. Her background spans content development, email marketing, social media, event promotion, and CRM optimization, with a strong focus on measurable results and scalable solutions.

Founder & CEO of AgentMethods Aaron started his insurance journey in 1998. He spent a decade consulting for many of the nation's largest insurance carriers, focusing on websites and online marketing. In 2009, he started AgentMethods to help independent insurance agents compete in an increasingly digital world. Thousands of senior market agents have taken their business online with AgentMethods, the leading website and online marketing platform for insurance agents, agencies, and brokers.
