Medicare Advantage Stride (HMO)
Existing Brokers: If you’d like to attend an in-person training session, below are the dates, times and locations. At the end of each training session, HPHC will offer certification testing. If you’re unable to attend any of the meetings, please visit HPHC\’s Broker website starting on 8/1/2019 to complete the certification process online.*
New Brokers: If you still wish to sell 2019 StrideSM (HMO) plans, visit HPHC\’s Broker website to complete the 2019 certification. Additionally, you must submit a copy of your most recent AHIP certification to HPHC\’s Broker Relations team at broker_relations@harvardpilgrim.org or upload your certificate to GarityAdvantage and we will send it for you.
If you wish to sell 2020 StrideSM (HMO) plans, you can either attend one of the in-person training sessions or visit HPHC\’s Broker website to complete the certification starting on 8/1/2019.*
*To access the 2020 online certification, you must login to the secure HPHConnect site and enter your credentials into the Brainshark login screen. If you do not have a login, please contact our Broker Relations team at broker_relations@harvardpilgrim.org.

Medicare Supplement
Existing Brokers: You do NOT need to recertify. Our Broker website will be updated by October 1 with 2020 pricing information.
New Brokers: Online training and certification must be completed before selling any policies. The certification includes a module for each state where we offer our plans (Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire). These modules are emailed to you once your contract has been processed. 2020 pricing information will be updated by October 1.
