  • Yes, all agents must complete the Envision Training Program in the Sentinel Elite system. Envision uses this system for contracting, certification and commissions. The training is only 3 courses, Product, Medicare Basics and CMS Fraud Waste and Abuse (FWA). If you have completed AHIP, including CMS FWA, save your certificate and uploaded in the Sentinel Elite system and you can bypass Basics and FWA, leaving you only the Product Training to complete.  If you do not complete AHIP, you will be charged $99 to complete Medicare Basics and CMS FWA in the Sentinel Elite system.

  • Once you are contracted, certified, appointed with a Writing number, Envision will send a starter kit with a small supply of Enrollment Booklets, an Evidence of Coverage and Formulary for your reference, and a Scope of Appointment Pad. You can also complete Enrollment Forms on line and submit electronically. When you run low on supplies, you can order materials online. Click here to go to the EnvisionRX Plus website and log into the StoreYour User Name is the email address you used in the Sentinel Elite system and your Password is your Writing Number.

  • The formulary is posted on the GarityAdvantage website here and on the EnvisionRX website on the BROKER HOME PAGEwhen you click on VIEW COSTS.

  • The preferred pharmacy list is posted on the GarityAdvantage website here and on the EnvisionRX website on the BROKER HOME PAGE when you click on “VIEW COSTS”.

  • Yes, you can go to the BROKER HOME PAGE to access and submit an electronic application. Select the enrollee’s state from the drop down and click on “ENROLL NOW“. The application will open and you can complete it with your client. The client must be present at the point of sale. There is a space on the application for your agent ID#.

  • Brokers are encouraged to work with their clients to submit all applications to Envision Insurance through the online application on the EnvisionRx Plus BROKER HOME PAGE. Log in to the Broker Home Page. Click on FIND A PLAN. Then Click on ENROLL NOW. Enter your client’s zip code to get started. The application will open and you can complete it with your client.  

    If you have collected a paper application, Envision asks you to first submit it electronically, and then mail or fax the paper application.

    PLEASE NOTE: All paper applications are faxed DIRECTLY to EnvisionRX  1-844-293-4756 (toll free) – NOT GarityAdvantage.

     Follow these steps for paper applications:

     

    • After collecting the paper application from your client, go to the BROKER HOME PAGE

    • Click on FIND A PLAN. Then Click on ENROLL NOW. Enter your client’s zip code to get started. The application will open and you can complete it with your client.  

    • Enter the information from the paper app and submit. You will immediately receive a confirmation number for your client’s enrollment.

    • Envision must still collect the paper application, so after you enter the information on line, you must send Envision the paper application by fax or mail with the words “ENROLLMENT SUBMITTED ONLINE” written across the top. As always, the form must be signed by the Beneficiary.

     

    1. Fax all applications directly to Envision within 24 hours of receipt to: 1-844-293-4756 (toll free).  Do not fax enrollment forms to GarityAdvantage.  If you fax an app without entering it on line first, there will be a delay in viewing its progress in the Application Status Portal on the website.

  • Yes, all appointments set must have a SOA form, even if there is no face to face meeting. You do not need to submit the SOA. CMS requires you store all SOAs for 10 years in a locked cabinet. Envision will randomly request a copy of the SOA and you must be able to produce it.  Download a blank Generic SOA here.

  • Yes, you can go to the BROKER HOME PAGE to access and submit an electronic application. Select the enrollee’s state from the drop down and click on “ENROLL NOW“. The application will open and you can complete it with your client. The client must be present at the point of sale. There is a space on the application for your agent ID#.

  • No, agent commission IS NOT PAID on telephonic enrollments.

  • Go to the BROKER HOME PAGE and enter your username. If it’s your first time, click on “Register Now”. You will need your Writing Code to register on the portal. Note: It may take 24 hours for newly issued writing codes to become active for registration.

    Your username is the email address you used in the Sentinel Elite System. You will choose your own unique password.

  • When you submit the application electronically as directed above you receive a confirmation #.  To follow up and track your applications, log onto the Envision BROKER HOME PAGE and click on “BROKER SIGN IN”.  This will take you to the Broker Application Tracking Portal where you can see where your enrollments are in the process and find the Member ID number.
